At WeeBroz, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a clear and fair return and refund process.
1. Return Window
You may return any item within 30 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@weebroz.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions
3. Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Exchanges will be shipped as soon as the return is approved and processed.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for regular returns (e.g., size, preference)
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
5. Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the full return shipping cost and offer either:
A full refund, or
- A free replacement or exchange, based on your preference
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with photos and a description of the issue.
